Elizabeth has extensive litigation experience in both federal and state courts. Before joining Plevin & Turner, she represented the United States of America in high stakes matters involving environmental contaminants, including asbestos.

She has experience handling all aspects of complex civil litigation from the outset of a claim to successful resolution. She also has experience in insurance litigation, where she has handled issues regarding trigger, number of occurrences, allocation, exclusions, and extra-contractual liabilities.
